The New Generation consists of the Dr. Mach Lighting System.
Other Models
include the Mach 130F, 380F, 380DF, 500F, 500DF, 700DF individually
or as a combination. Photos are not shown here.

The new models are available with an optional processor-controlled
"duo-focus system". This means that both basic functions
for guiding the light rays of operating room lamps, focusing
large reflector lamps and luminous field concentration for
multireflector lamps, have now been combined in a single
operating room lamp.
Thus the light rays are no longer bundled over a more or
less large areas, as was prebiously the case. Now, it is
possible to illuminate specific points in the deepest wound
channels with high-intensity light.

Instead of the conventional diffusing disk, computer-calculated,
biconvex dispersing lenses are used, Together with the multi-reflector
system, these increase the contrast of the operating room
light and ensure a homogeneous luminous field with the lowest
possible amount of showdow. Cold light filters and cold
light reflectors, reduce the lamp's heat radiation to a
minimum.

During development, great importance was placed on
making the lamp suitable for air-conditioned ceilings. The
excellent flow properties of the open ring form of all lamp
housings and the minimized surface area prevent heat retention
in the area of the head and furthermore produce optimum
conditions for laminar flow systems.

The new previously unattainable colour rendition Ra = 96
and Rg > 92 makes it easy for you to see the tiniest
nuances of colour in tissue, especially in the red and yellow
range. The colour spectrum of the wound is rendered naturally
and with ample contrast. This means visibly improved identification
of details. This operating room lamp clearly provides welcome
relief for your eyes. For further explanations, see "Technical
data".

Holding the sterilizable handle with only one hand, the
surgeon can set both functions, the luminous field concentration
and the focus: the luminous field concentration by turning
the handle (as hitherto) and the focus by turning an adjusting
collar.
Focus and brightness can likewise be progressively adjusted
by means of a membrane keyboard on the cardanic bows. The
LED display shows the current settings for focus and brightness
as well as the working distance between the wound and the
operating room lamp.

Module technique ensures that all essential system
components can be easily replaced. If necessary, the reflector
units can be entirely replaced with the mechanical adjustment
and the motors. Changing the light bulbs or updating the
control pcb is just as easy.
On the pcb itself, there is an interface for a pocket computer.
This allows you to call up and, if necessary, reset all
essential system parameters (exact lamp voltage, traverse
rate of luminous field concentration and focus, minimum
dimming point, ect.).
