only. Shelving is continuous around corners for maximum
storage density. Each shelf with integrated bracket can
be adjusted for gravity feed. Under-counter space is fully
usable for any storage requirement. Unlimited configurations

load-bearing capacity.

forty years ago. Since that time our design efforts have
continued to keep pace with technology-driven pharmacy and
nursing practices.
Today, cart locking systems must provide more sophisticated
security options. Cart drawers must accommodate robotic
pharmacy systems. Ancillary work and storage space must
support automated medication dispensers. Most important,

Organize with Dividers to keep storage and patient drawers neat
and uncluttered. Slotted storage drawer dividers create a variety
of compartments within each drawer. Patient drawer dividers create
wide or long compartments to separate meds.
Interchangeable Storage Drawers are wide (16") and deep (12")
and available in one, two or three tier heights. Drawers and cassettes
can be mixed within each cart to meet the specific requirements
of different nursing units.
Large Patient Drawers in two widths, 5" and 7 1/2" (inside)
have interchangeable clear face plates to hold name tags at easy-to-read
angles. Divider channels allow drawers to be separated into a variety
of compartments. 7 1/2" wide drawers are robot-compatible without
any modifications. Drawers are available in cassettes or sold separately.
Reinforced Exchange Cassettes molded of ABS plastic have an integral
stainless support to prevent breakage (cassettes are warranted for
life)! Available in one tier or two tier sizes, a new quick-clip
fastener allows cassettes to be stacked together in any configuration
to facilitate exchange.

Lionville’s cart security systems start with the basics:
a front access control panel with a Best key lock and a
color-coded re-lock handle within easy reach.
Combine these basics with an innovative internal latching
mechanism (patent pending) that provides assurance that
all drawers are locked.

Control Panal with Best lock (key-removable core) releases
the cart main lock with a turn of a key. The convenient
re-lock handle is color-coded so lock status can be discerned
at a glance.

Keypad Unlocking allows a cart to be opened with a valid
entry code instead of a metal key. The re-programmable keypad
has error and battery indicator lights and is powered by
long-lasting disposable batteries.
Automatic Re-locking (LockAler) includes a motion sensor
that re-sets the timer while the cart is in use. The time-out
period is adjustable and the battery is rechargeable. Available
with Best Lock or Keypad.
