Specifications

Where indicated, supply and install "Emergency Low Pressure Gaseous Oxygen Inlet" service box. The completed box shall incorporate a shutoff ball valve for controlling access to the main oxygen supply line. Also, include a pre-piped pressure relief valve, pre-set at 80 PSI, installed directly down stream from the shut-off valve to protect the piping system from expsure to excessive presssure. An internal 0 — 100 PSI pressure gauge shall be installed within the box to verify delivery pressure to the system.

All equipment shall be housed in a NEMA 12 protective cabinet with provisions for padlock installation to prevent tampering and unauthorized access.

In addition to the "Emergency Low Pressure Gaseous Oxygen Inlet" service box provided and install, as separate items, two check valves. One — inch check valve located in the main line between the main line shut off valve and the tied connection, and one — inch check valve between the tied connection and the emergency supply shut off valve. All per NFPA 99C, "Emergency Low Pressure Gaseous Oxygen Inlet".
